TRAINING FOR ALL LEVELS
What is Cross-Conditioning?
Cross-conditioning is an exercise protocol that uses various modes of training that differ from an athletes' main sport. Typically, sports and activities focus on a certain set of muscle groups to succeed, but not others. Cross-training techniques are used to eliminate these imbalances.
Studio X Train provides programming for students 8yrs-18yrs old!
The curriculum is geared toward developing recreational athletes who participate 1-3 hours per week, and club/company athletes who participate
4+ hours per week.

THE
FORMULA
Incorporating different types of movements into a workout routine subjects the joints and muscles, to different motions and stressors. This technique can help prevent overuse injuries along with other common muscle imbalances.
Sport/activity specific skill training paired with a well balanced emotional, mental, and physical regiment, are the ingredients for success!

THE
TARGETS
The most successful cross-training exercises target at least three of the five components of fitness. These health-related components include flexibility, muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and body composition.

THE
BENEFITS

Implementing cross-training methods into any program will enhance overall fitness, and improve areas that have been unintentionally neglected.
Attention to these areas will increase balance, coordination, strength, endurance, and mental toughness.
With consistency and a little sweat,, each students' confidence in their main sport/activity will RISE!
