THE LIFESTYLE

During my transformation, I dedicated 30 days  to  the "WHOLE 30" Diet Plan, and  21 days  understanding and applying the "Ketogenic" Diet Plan.

After experiencing positive results by shifting my mindset and creating good habits, I wanted to help others get in shape, stay in shape, and smash their fitness goals.

THE HUSTLE

Utilizing cross-training methods to stay at the top of my game has been essential.

 

With consistency and repetition, I have created detailed cross-conditioning regiments that include exercises, recovery techniques, mental conditioning, and more!

THE ROADMAP

​

The Studio X Train  road map includes  how to:

-Effectively build core strength

-Manage pre-game/pre-show anxiety

-Properly recover after classes, practices, rehearsals, performances, and competitions

 

*Cross-conditioning  is recommended during pre-season,

in-season, and during the off-season.  The training will help support each  students' emotional stability, mental clarity, and physical longevity.
