-Effectively build core strength
-Manage pre-game/pre-show anxiety
-Properly recover after classes, practices, rehearsals, performances, and competitions
*Cross-conditioning is recommended during pre-season,
in-season, and during the off-season. The training will help support each students' emotional stability, mental clarity, and physical longevity.
